But the funny thing is that </span><span style="font-family: Verdana; color: #444444">not everyone agrees that positive thinking is a good thing. People who think negatively often think they are being very realistic and that positive thinkers are just lying to themselves. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana; color: #444444">These people must realize that thinking positively, no matter what happens, or what the situation maybe means you are far more likely to succeed in life because you do not give up so early and you like to remain optimistic. The longer you try and put effort into a situation, the more probable it is you are going to succeed. That is just simple logic.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana; color: #444444"><span> </span>Negative thinkers must realize this. Positive thinkers do not always expect everything to work out, in fact they know things are going to go wrong but they do know how to apply a positive spin when things go wrong. They know how to add an &#8216;at least&#8217; in their sentence when stuff fails to go as planned. For example, they would say &#8220;I didn&#8217;t get the job but <em>at least</em> I know what to say at the next interview when I go for a job like that.&#8221; is a perfect example of an at least situation. That is being realistic and at the same time not letting yourself get too down about a situation, realizing that there is hope for another time.</p>
<p>Positive thinking is a huge personal asset and negative thinking is definitely a liability. There are always positives in superficially negative experiences, such as what you learnt from your mistakes or the way hard experiences can make you stronger and better person in the end. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana; color: #444444">Finally here is another good reason why you should lean towards positive instead of negative thinking, research has shown positive thinking is actually good for your health. Optimists have better immune systems and tend to live longer and happier lives.</span></p>

However simply having a positive attitude alone will not do the job, you have to also be able to visualize that result which you would like to achieve.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>If you take a moment and visualize the end result that you want, you will be more likely to take certain actions so that you may achieve it. Now everybody knows that life is not perfect and that you will come to face problems time and time again. Some of the factors that will help you to make sure that you visualize your goal while maintaining a positive attitude so that you may have a positive out come. Once you have these two elements set in your head you will be motivated to overcome all types of obstacles.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>Take for example a person that is about to do a speech who is nervous. If they stay and think positive for the whole time and visualize the end and that it will come soon, they will not do so bad. Take another example, a competitive swimmer about to get up on the block for a race, if they visualize how their race is going to be and themselves winning at the end chances are they will be a lot more motivated and driven to just that and the end results will hopefully be in their favor. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p>To visualize something is to use your imagination which is an open field with absolutely no restrictions. If you visualize your goal and also add that special element of positive thinking, it can make a change whether it is small or big however any change is better than no change at all.</span></p>

You should know that the negative thinking will hold you down. The motivation and inspiration are necessary for you. It is the easy method by simply telling your self &#8220;I can do it, I can do it and I can do it&#8221;. Just keep it in your mind. You will build the power of your mind by controlling the thought and behaviors. </p>
<p>The easy example is &#8220;In the first day, I will walk for 10 meters. In the second day, I will walk longer than the first day at 12 meters. And in the third day, I will walk for 15 meters.&#8221;. This is the ideal thinking for empowering your mind. Your negative thinking will be destroyed by the thought in your control. The other negative reflection is the word &#8220;I will do it later.&#8221;. It is the procrastination. The laziness is the devil. It will make your muscles and joints to the weakness state. This will introduce the healthy problems to you.</p>
<p>You need to make a goal and try to get it. You should to create the plan that will help you to get the goal and do it everyday or every time you can. You will never give up; it is the sign of the weakness and the lacking of aspiration. Some time you need faith to stay strong. But the positive thinking is the main idea.</p>
<p>The healthier&#8217;s life needs the positive attitude. You can stop and rest but not all the time until you reaches the goal. If you have the hard problems or lack of motivation, you should remember the word &#8220;I can do it.&#8221;. It will keep your mind open and head up. You do not waste the time on something that you can not change but you will pay attention to the things that you can change.</p>
<p>The admitting you feeling and expressing them are the things for you to keep you stay positive. Sometime if you feel depressed, you can say it aloud. It is not the wrong. But it will be in the right time, right place and right person. You can talk to your friends about how you feel. You do not blame yourself but you should try to discover the cause of the problems and solving them with the positive thinking. You should know what you want and how to get it.</p>
<p>This is the method that will help you to get what you want. Just try to talk with the positive idea, you will get the motivation from everyone you are talking to. And try to seek some support from your friends and family.</p>
<p>When you reach the goal, you will reward your self with the things that you like. You will stay with your plans no matter what. You will keep your mind set for the positive think. These methods will make you feel better. If you have a good mind, you will have a good health, too.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="article_text">Recently, universities and other groups conducted surveys and studies to find out &#8220;What brings happiness to people?&#8221; The following steps are a few of the answers they received. </p>
<p>Step #1: Doing good. There is a universal law that states that there&#8217;s absolutely no happiness in doing wrong. Individuals who do wrong, or live the untruth, feel the pain of anxiety, stress, despair, resentment, distrust, insecurity, fear and pessimism. Breaking a universal law empowers others to be in command of your life, such as a judge, jailer or warden, etc. Doing good is the primary step in being a happy person.</p>
<p>Step #2: Control. People report that they are happiest when they are in control of their lives. Self-control and being in command of one&#8217;s destiny brings great amounts of freedom and feelings of security. People who possess a powerful mental self and are able to control their physical self are happiest.</p>
<p>Step #3: Seek the positive. Those who are optimistic constantly anticipate the best. They have hope for the future and dwell on the positive things in life. They utilize the positive side of their subconscious mind by conciously thinking optimistic thoughts. Consider that your mind is like a stage and you can control the players on your stage. You choose between thinking positively or negetively; it is your choice.</p>
<p>Step #4: Faith in a higher power. Researchers discovered that those who have faith in a higher power are happier than those who don&#8217;t. The majority of people who recover from a serious drug or alcohol addiction feel the need of a higher power than themselves. Faith in the unknown can be a satisfying experience.</p>
<p>Step #5: Close relationships. The single most powerful force in life is love. To love and be loved is the highest human experience. The amount of happiness in our life depends on the amount of love we have in our life. To see how powerful love is just look at the people who don&#8217;t receive enough love- it&#8217;s terribly damaging to a person to be rejected, lonely and unloved.</p>
<p>Step #6: Meaningful activity. The happiest people in life have meaningful activities that they enjoy such as work, hobbies or other activities they participate in. People who don&#8217;t look forward to going to work, don&#8217;t have a job, or other meaningful activity experience unhappiness.</p>
<p>Step #7: Helping others. Researchers learned that one key activity common in happy people was helping others. Helping other people provided them with great happiness and deep feelings of fulfillment. Life is a mirror and those who give, get back. What is it that people receive when they help others? It&#8217;s an interesting question to consider.</p>
<p>Step #8: Forgiveness. Successful, happy people forgive not only others, but themselves as well. They fully grasp the fact that to err is human-that life is full of trials that help one grow. They recognize that others are human too and they treat others how they would like to be treated. Unsuccessful, unhappy people do the opposite.</p>
<p>The very first step that unhappy people must take to find permanent happiness is to become self-aware. Self-awareness through cognitive restructuring is effective therapy for self inflicted issues. The point is that if people aren&#8217;t happy it is their fault. Nobody can make them happy except themselves.</p>
