Attitude is something that you gain daily, and you can also pass this on to other people around you. Instant Postive attitude does not exist, wish we could say the same for negative attitude.
Positive Mental Attitude is evident in younger children, three or two years old. Noone has told them that they can not do anything, they think they can. Our world right now has too much negativety and it is up to you to spend your time the right way. Most of us spend hours watching negative news or reading it. It is impossible to achieve a positive attitude this way.
If you have to deal with a negative thing, do it for a thirty seconds then swith back to your positive self. When you hear someone say they are having a lousy day, it is usually the result of their negative attitude. Allow yourself to have bad minutes, but then let it go and continue. It allows you to return to yourself. Never be mad at someone for more than an hour it is not worth it.
In order to be the most positive person you can be, you have to eliminate all the negative people and things. Your concentration should shift to positive thoughts and actions. Remember, negative is always a reaction whilst positive is your own personal process.
